Role Overview:
We are seeking a
PMO Analyst
to support the governance and delivery of a large-scale
SAP S/4HANA transformation program
. The PMO Analyst will manage schedules, dashboards, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) data to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management
Maintain and update
program and project schedules
in alignment with delivery milestones.
Track progress against timelines and escalate delays or missed dependencies.
Dashboard & Reporting
Develop and maintain
PMO dashboards
to provide visibility into program health, progress, and KPIs.
Prepare regular status reports for
PMO Lead, Program Managers, and Steering Committees
.
RAID Management
Own and maintain the
RAID log
, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Support risk and issue management processes, including escalation and mitigation planning.
Governance Support
Assist in
PMO governance activities
, including compliance checks, documentation, and audit readiness.
Facilitate PMO meetings, capture action items, and track follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years
experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large-scale IT programs.
Familiarity with
SAP implementation lifecycle
and related governance processes.
Proficiency in
project management tools
(e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
.
Knowledge of
PMO methodologies
(e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and governance frameworks.
Exposure to
financial services or supranational banking environments
.
Work Environment:
High-visibility role within a multi-country SAP program.
Hybrid working model with potential onsite presence during critical phases – 4 days/week in London
