We're working with one of our main public sector clients who are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across a critical digital service.
You’ll manage a small team of Software Developers in Test, owning the test strategy, coordinating delivery, and ensuring testing is embedded, automated where possible, and aligned to governance and risk requirements. The role has a strong hands‑on element alongside leadership, strategy, and assurance.
Key experience includes:
* Test management and test strategy ownership
* Automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
* AWS environments and relational databases (MySQL / Oracle / Aurora)
* Working within public sector governance and assurance frameworks
