Band 2 & 3 Teaching Assistants
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking to appoint the successful candidates as soon as possible.
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.
Band 2 £12.85 (equated salary)
Band 3 £13.26 (equated salary)
Equated salary is based on weekly hours, how many Term Time + days worked, bank holidays and how much annual leave entitlement to e.g 25 or 30 days. This is then divided by 12 for a monthly salary all year round. However if someone starts in October/November, that salary has been based on a full academic years' leave entitlement, number of bank holidays etc, so it has to be recalculated based on how much leave there would be left in the leave year, how many bank holidays are left and how many of the INSET days are left. This is the deduction from the salary.
Growing together to inspire, believe and achieve for everyone, every day.
