Overview
Are you enthusiastic about supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people? We are seeking practitioners to support pupils with mental health and SEN needs in mainstream and SEN schools across Romford. This role is suitable for 1:1 or general classroom support, starting ASAP for the rest of the Academic Year, with an option to progress onto a contract with the right school.
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 or in a general classroom to support pupils with mental health and SEN needs
* Run activities with pupils outside the classroom as needed
* Collaborate with the class teacher to ensure appropriate support for students
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience supporting pupils in school or alternative settings is desirable
* Willingness to support pupils with various Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Full-time availability; training opportunities provided
Details
Pay is £90-£112 per day, based on experience. This is a full-time position with ongoing guidance and training.
