* Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters (with support and supervision) from instruction through to completion
* Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
* Supporting on refinancing and secured lending transactions
* Working with a range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and local businesses
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
* Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team on more complex matters

* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in commercial property
* Comfortable handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Experience with acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
* Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
* Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment
