I am currently looking for a Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider on their voids team in the Chesterfield area on an on-going contract. The pay is £18 per hour and comes with a work van for usage in the day.
The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
Working in empty council properties
2nd fix carpentry tasks such as kitchen fitting and hanging doors
2nd fix plumbing such as bathroom repairs, fixing leaks, basin and toilet changes
Finishing skills such as patch plastering and painting
The right Multi Trade will need:
Qualification in a core trade
Experience working in social housing previously
Clean and valid UK driving license with own vehicle to get to depot
In return the Multi Trade will receive:
£18 per hour paid weekly with CIS available
Long term contract
Company van for usage in the day
