We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at a prestigious, award-winning gastropub in the heart of Bray. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff
* Curate and maintain an outstanding beverage offering, including wines, beers, and cocktails
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
* Monitor financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
