Company:

We have schemes at present and upcoming in the Midland areas which will consist of - Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels and Battery storage installations to Social Housing properties and private houses, and we are looking to recruit an Administer/Project Planner reporting into a Renewable Energy Manager

Job Overview:

As an Administrator/ Project Planner you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, particularly in liaising with suppliers, record keeping under PAS 2035 and MCS, and coordinating with suppliers. The role involves a combination of paperwork management, communication facilitation, and system updates.

Duties:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing correspondence and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and invoicing

- Maintain office records and databases

- Assist with data entry and record keeping

- Prepare reports and other documents as needed

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks

- Liaising with tenants and customers to confirm installation dates

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role

- Good knowledge of using Microsoft excel and Word

- Strong knowledge of office procedures and equipment

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Sage but not a necessity as training will be provided
