About the Role
Flex Force Care Assistants enable HC‑One to offer flexible, engaging care across multiple homes in the Milton Keynes area. With a contracted, guaranteed base pay every month, you can choose shifts around your life and work across the cluster of homes to support each resident where they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
* Help residents with limited mobility, encouraging independence and safety.
* Take responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site, ensuring dignity and individuality remain central to care.
* Travel between the cluster of HC‑One homes – this is a core part of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Full right to work in the United Kingdom. Sponsorship and time‑limited visas are not accepted.
* Basic safeguarding knowledge – ability to recognise potential abuse, harm or neglect and willingness to report concerns.
* Kindness and empathy as the foundation of all care.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
