Role
Purpose
1. To increase support available and opportunities for Post 16 in care
2. Gathering information from various registered care/ foster homes around the Borough
3. Quality assurance of providers
4. Engagement with facilities, management, and providers
5. Visiting care homes to process, inform, receive feedback
6. Understand the restrictions and demands faced by care homes to improve and expand services
Duties
7. Visit sites in the Borough to communicate, engage with providers, and support the process of registration
8. Create data from suppliers and providers regarding the ability to accommodate
9. Understand the restrictions and demands of care homes
10. Create plans for the progression of on-boarding stages
11. Work with other team members to develop ongoing action plans for future development and potential new sites and resources available
12. Use Excel and internal systems to update records and manage resources
