Supply SEN TA East Kent — Academics in Canterbury are looking for compassionate and resilient Supply SEN TAs to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in East Kent, including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs
* Assist with tailored learning activities and classroom inclusion
* Encourage independence, communication, and confidence
* Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support progress
Qualifications
* Experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
* Flexibility to work across different schools and settings
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
