Acting as a trusted partner and critical friend to operational and senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, constructive challenge and clear, actionable recommendations to support decision making across the business.Working closely with Retail and Operations teams, you’ll help drive performance, manage risk and support the delivery of financial and strategic targets. This role offers an excellent platform for an ambitious finance professional looking to broaden their commercial exposure, work more closely with the business and take a strong step towards a future leadership role within finance.Your opportunity will include:Partnering with Activity & Retail teams to provide financial insight and decision supportReviewing and analysing end-to-end financial performance across A&L operationsTranslating complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholdersSupporting the development of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plansMonitoring performance against budgets and identifying risks and opportunitiesAttending, hosting and contributing to weekly and monthly business reviewsWorking with BI and Procurement teams to enhance margin and performance analysisSupporting strong financial control across retail venues, including cash and margin controlProviding input into board-level reporting on Retail performanceContributing financial expertise to wider strategic initiatives and business casesWhat we’d like you to bring:A recognised professional accounting or finance qualificationStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience working collaboratively with non-finance stakeholdersThe ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidentlyA proactive and commercially minded approach, with confidence to challenge constructivelyStrong analytical skills and experience using data and reporting toolsExperience of budgeting, forecasting and performance managementExcellent organisation and time management skillsCuriosity and a desire to identify value-creating opportunitiesAmbition to progress into a future finance leadership roleWhy Haven?At Haven, we’re one great team, united by our passion for creating amazing experiences for our guests and our people.
