Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist
We are looking for an inspirational leader with strong clinical skills and knowledge in the field of neurodevelopmental occupational therapy who can take on and grow the current service.
You will be providing expert clinical supervision to the current team and helping to grow and expand the team through robust recruitment.
About the role
This is a mixed clinical and leadership role supporting the Head of Health service and Associate Director for Health to deliver an exceptional quality and cost effective occupational therapy service which meets performance targets against quality and productivity measures.
We are seeking an experienced team leader or senior therapist to manage and grow a team of therapists covering Richmond and Kingston working in a range of settings. This will involve networking to create new relationships and require flexibility to align with emerging delivery models within the education and health sectors.
As the Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist you will have the ability to inspire and manage a team to ensure they deliver high quality occupational therapy interventions and will work with others to improve organisational performance.

About you
1. Highly motivated to deliver change, build relationships and work with the head of health and Associate Director for Health to create a team that will provide outstanding services for the local children and young people population.
2. Highly developed clinical expertise with demonstrable experience of working as a paediatric occupational therapist.
3. You will carry a small caseload alongside providing clinical supervision and leadership and will support the selection and employment of staff within the budget.
