As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school. Although not there to teach the lesson, our cover supervisors facilitate the activities that have been designed by teaching staff and ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment. No two days are ever the same and this role provides a high level of variation. Our cover supervisors work across the age and ability range and across all subject areas.
