About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a permanent position + Fixed term contracts available with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week on a 3-shift rotational pattern, with the opportunity for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
* Execute planned maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability.
* Provide support to production teams during production runs.
* Employ systematic problem-solving techniques for repetitive issues and faults.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) to enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Time Served Apprenticeship in Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical).
* Knowledge of Siemens and Rockwell PLC (advantageous).
* Experience in Fanuc Robot Programming & set-up (advantageous).
* A solid understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits (advantageous).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A high level of self-motivation and tenacity.
