Job Title: Interim Programme Manager- Adult Social Care
Location: Midlands
Contract Length: 6 month contract
Rate: £450-£500/day
Role overview-
* You will be providing strategic leadership and oversight within adult social care services
* Driving continuous improvement by hitting core transformation KPIs
* Involvement in ongoing CQC assurance & improvement
* Leading a team through guidance and support, ensuring the Programme Officers are following the Programme plan
* Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure Programme plans are understood and followed.
About you-
* In- depth knowledge and understanding of CQC standards
* Leadership and management qualification in Adult Social Care
* Previous senior level experience in Adult Social Care Programme Management
