Retail Supervisor in Lutterworth

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter. If you take pride in your work and that of your team, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.
What you'll do
* Supporting: Stand in for the Store Manager when needed, motivate and engage the team, coach to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in: Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, assemble orders.
* Delivering great service: Provide excellent customer experiences with a smile, and coach the team to do the same.
* Building relationships: Ensure customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
* Creating a positive environment: Maintain product availability and branch standards, making the branch a great place to work.
