Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 Per Annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

What We’re Looking For
We are on the hunt for a qualified and experienced social worker who has a wealth of experience working with Children Looked After and foster parents. If you have:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly Children Looked After
* A solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and fostering standards
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car

Your Role
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:
* Support and deputize for the Registered Manager as needed
* Supervise team members to ensure effective functioning
* Empower foster parents to reach their full potential
* Monitor compliance and promote best practices among foster parents and staff
* Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals to prioritize safeguarding and positive outcomes
