The Role |
As a General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

* Have strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to drive key business decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth among team members.
* Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
* Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
