What You’ll Do: Be the go-to expert on breakdowns and maintenance – fast, effective fixes are your bread and butter. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to a high standard. Drive OEE and performance improvement across the plant. Tackle electrical and mechanical faults with confidence and skill. Champion Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP standards. Collaborate with production, management, and contractors – your voice matters here. What I’m Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an engineering role (food industry experience highly valued). NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A proactive mindset with a natural ability to troubleshoot and take initiative. Ability to read manuals, interpret technical drawings, and use PPM systems effectively. Physically fit and comfortable working in warm environments and at height.
