Technical proficiency in Windows is required Technical hands on packaging skills, ideally in multiple technology stacks like Bigfix, SCCM Test and certify new versions of OS builds, software packages, security & productivity tools for end-user workstations Evaluate new releases, fixes, security updates and hotfixes for supported applications and perform necessary QC and certification for installation on all supported workstations platforms. Understands, follows and implements best practice methodologies for monthly OS patching and vulnerability remediations of 3rd party software?s in the environment. Design and implement automated solution that take advantage of technology advances, allow cost reduction, standardization and commoditization. Test and Certify new client-side hardware and drivers for compatibility and usability in the environment Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks with Windows and Mac workstations Software Distribution & Patch management
