Overview

The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering multiple residential and mixed-use developments across the region. You will lead project teams, oversee site performance, and ensure that quality, programme, budget, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee 3–4 concurrent residential/construction developments.

Provide strong leadership and support to Site Managers and site teams.
*
Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
*
Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
*
Monitor build progress, resolve on-site challenges, and drive performance.
*
Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, variations, and cost forecasts.
*
Ensure project quality standards and design specifications are upheld.
*
Represent the business at progress meetings, handovers, and client presentations.
About You
*
Demonstrable experience as a Contracts Manager within residential or general construction.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
*
Good commercial understanding and ability to work closely with QS teams.
*
A team-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships.
