Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead / Principal to implement and support Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, guiding teams through the full SDLC, and translating complex solutions into clear, actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Talent Management).
* Drive client discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
* Conduct SIT, UAT, and Hypercare support.
* Utilize HCM technical tools — HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.
* Prepare and review business documents, configuration workbooks, and change requests.
* Provide guidance, training, and ensure delivery across the full SDLC.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Talent Management).
* Strong understanding of UK Public Sector HCM processes.
* Proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas.
* Experience managing integrations, data migrations, and reports.
* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
