Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, with additional earning potential through overtime and an uncapped commission structure

About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to combine creativity with sales expertise, helping customers design and achieve their ideal kitchen or bathroom space while driving showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and create tailored design solutions.
Work towards individual and team showroom targets to drive sales performance.
Use strong sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to project completion.
Requirements / Skills:
Previous sales experience, ideally within the kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer engagement.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in design.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn (full training provided).
