Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Waking nights (as required)
Salary: £13.45 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our residential care team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in enabling individuals to live safe, meaningful and fulfilling lives in a homely, person-centred environment.
You will support individuals to develop independence, maintain wellbeing and achieve their personal goals, while promoting dignity, choice and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities
4. Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, preferences and care plans
5. Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care and emotional wellbeing
6. Support people to access community activities, education and social opportunities
7. Promote positive behaviour support and follow agreed risk assessments and support plans
8. Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and health professionals
10. Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
11. A caring, patient and empathetic approach
12. Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
13. An understanding of (or willingness to learn about) learning disabilities, autism and mental health
14. Good communication and teamwork skills
15. Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins (where applicable)
