Contract Care Home Manager / Registered Manager 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract URGENT – INTERVIEWS WEEK COMMENCING 22 ND JUNE. Location: Liverpool Area Salary: £55,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in the Liverpool area on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager with a strong background in elderly care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and maintain high standards of care and service delivery. Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards. Experience managing budgets, occupancy, staffing, and overall home performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to drive quality improvements and maintain positive inspection outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the care home's operations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage, develop, and motivate the staff team. Oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and business performance. Promote a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders. Package Salary of £55,000 per annum. 12-month fixed-term contract. Opportunity to lead an established service with support from a wider management team.
