We have the opportunity to tender for a contract with Hastings BC. The contract will be 2 years and run to June 2028. They require just over 500 food hygiene/standards inspections completing each year. The workload is manageable by one inspector but we can also look to split the workload if needed.
On a regular basis you will be issued a list of inspections and required to complete a full inspection report and establish risk ratings. You will return the top copy of the Report of Inspection Front Sheet to the proprietor or person in charge of the food business, except for LEA schools which will be handed to the Client Manager for onward transmission to the contract caterer. Following report inspection, where necessary, you will draft a letter and a schedule of works.

The rates are still to be determined at the moment but we will be looking to pay as below:
* £90 B
* £65-£75 C
* £60-£70 D
* £50-£55 E
* £22 Void
