Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly successful firm in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity within the firm's Private Client department, which is ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Private Client Solicitor will manage a full caseload whilst offering support to the overall team and partners where required. The successful applicant will have access to immediate and high quality work involving family/wealth protection and strategic planning, and will include cases related to:
* Creation and administration of trusts
* Probate matters and the administration of estates
* Court of Protection
* Elderly client/capacity matters
Person specification
Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives, from NQ upwards, that are either STEP qualified or keen to study for this qualification. The firm focuses hugely on personal development and growth, so support will always be offered. The successful Private Client Solicitor will possess the following skills:
* Passion for Private Client work and experience running own caseload, with a genuine desire to improve knowledge
* Strong technical knowledge
* Organised with excellent time management
* Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure
* Managing healthy and working relationships with other professionals and fellow colleagues
* Confidence and a personable approach, with excellent communication skills
* Client focused with demonstrable client care skills, a commitment to doing things properly
