We’re looking for a Senior Tax Associate who can bring experience, insight, and leadership to our high-performing tax team. What You'll Be Doing Prepare and review complex tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts. Oversee and coach staff accountants, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality work. Collaborate directly with clients to gather financial data, resolve issues, and offer tax planning insights. Manage multi-state tax filings and compliance requirements. Identify red flags, opportunities, and solutions that add value to your clients. Support team performance by meeting budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
