Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
* Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain course and learner records.
* Embed employment skills into the curriculum courses to enhance student employability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in software development, including SDLC, models, and languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, VB.net, along with appropriate IDEs like Visual Studio 2017 with mobile emulator.
2. Experience of teaching in further education is a distinct advantage.
