We are recruiting for a Leaving Care/ UASC Team social worker on a full-time permanent contract in a Kent based local authority. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience as a Children's Social Worker in either an unaccompanied minors or leaving care service. You will work with the multi-agency team around the child or young people.
