Driver Hire Bournemouth and Salisbury is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving business. We are a hardworking and close-knit team that love the challenges of the recruitment sector. About You:
The ideal candidate is a friendly, confident and resilient individual who can hold a professional conversation with people at all levels. This is a fast-paced and very fluid industry so the ability to stay calm, think logically and adapt quickly is essential. Details are critical in this business so attention to detail is imperative. Some exposure to the transport industry would be a bonus but not a necessity.
Responsibilities will include:
• Resourcing for active roles
• Conducting interviews for candidates, either over the phone or face-to-face
• Generating sales leads
• Working closely alongside your colleagues on active positions – qualifying and short-listing candidates
• Performing sales calls
• Writing job adverts to attract suitable candidates
• Accurately adding details to a database
• Advising clients of staff availability
To be considered you will:
• Have either resourcing, service industry or data management experience
• Appear well-presented and professional
• Possess good organisation and administrative skills
• Have a natural ability to communicate and adapt to different environments
• Be able to demonstrate sales or strong customer service experience
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels of the business
