Architectural Technician
Location: Wrexham
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Training + Benefits
This role offers strong technical development and clear progression into a senior role, with the chance to work with an award‑winning multidisciplinary architectural practice on a variety of projects. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio across the Northwest of England and Wales, including commercial, residential, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed drawings and assist with building regulations submissions.
* Work on a variety of schemes across multiple sectors.
* Attend team and client meetings and respond to contractor queries.
* Visit sites as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in a similar role utilising Revit.
* Ability to reside within commuting distance of the Wrexham office or willingness to relocate.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
