Leading a passionate team across three key offerings: a 50-cover fine dining restaurant (dinner service only), a 75-cover all-day dining space serving afternoon tea, breakfast and light fare and bespoke menus for exclusive events
Developing innovative seasonal menus that balance flair with quality
Recruiting, training and developing a dynamic brigade (target team of 12 chefs)
Working closely with the hotel's senior leadership to drive culinary excellence
Maintaining impeccable standards across food safety, cost control, and supplier relationships
