Job Title: Project Manager- Performance and Change
Location: Barrow-in-Furness Onsite
Salary: £56,000 + depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing
Leading a dedicated team of Project Professionals while actively developing their skills and supporting their growth
Leading the Test and Commissioning Performance and Change team to report on the performance of the department and manage Engineering change
Delivering key performance indicators and performance reporting packs
Deliver performance updates to internal and external stakeholders including senior stakeholders
Leading LfE (Learning from Experience) sessions and drive improvements in processes and toolsets to completion
Monitoring Engineering Change and its impact on Dreadnought T&C ensuring that all ECR's are responded to by the relevant test section and map change into the enablement team where changes to the Test documentation and material is required
Your skills and experiences
Demonstrable ability to achieve objectives aligned with Project Management
Project Management qualification such as APM, or equivalent by experience
Previous experience leading a high performing team
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to guide and influence
Experience working on defence programmes
Experience of performance reporting and change management
