We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Outbound Telesales Executive to join our Internal Sales team at Zeus UK. This role is pivotal in engaging and expanding our base of existing and lapsed customers within the £0–£50k annual spend bracket. The primary responsibility is to proactively drive revenue through outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, and promoting the full Zeus product offering through effective upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibiliti es Outbound Telesales & Customer Re-engage mentProactively conduct high-volume outbound calls to a portfolio of smaller existing and lapsed customers to generate repeat and increased busin ess.Reignite dormant accounts by uncovering current requirements and presenting tailored soluti ons.Build rapport and trust over the phone, positioning Zeus as the supplier of cho ice. Lead Follow-Up from Marketing Campaigns & EventsQualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and website enqu iries.Convert marketing-generated leads into active customers by understanding their requirements and proposing relevant Zeus solu tions.Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion outcomes to improve future camp aigns. Sales Growth & Revenue Ge nerationIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned accou nt base.Drive account growth by introducing relevant Zeus products and services based on customer needs and usage p atterns.Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and telesales KPIs, including call activity, conversion rates, and revenue contr ibution. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular contact with accounts to strengthen relationships and ensure customer sat isfaction.Ensure all interactions contribute to a positive customer experience and long-ter m loyalty.Position yourself as the main point of contact for sales-related queries within your assigne d segment. Sales Planning & CR M DisciplineUse CRM tools to manage a structured outbound calling plan, log all activities, and track sales op portunities.Follow up on quotes, promotions, and marketing campaigns via telephone in a timely and persua sive manner.Monitor customer buying patterns and develop strategies to maximise engagemen t and value. Collaboration & Prod uct KnowledgeWork closely with the external sales team to hand over growing accounts or collaborate on strategic o pportunities.Stay up to date on the full Zeus product portfolio, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value a nd relevance. Kills and Expe rience RequiredProven experience in an outbound telesales or internal sales role, ideally within the packaging, logistics, or B2B supply chain sectors.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding outbound call and r evenue targets.Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to quickly est ablish rapport.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-up tas ks effectively.CRM proficiency with a good working knowledge of Microsof t Office tools.
