Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Team. This role is part of a Team who are responsible supporting and delivering clinical digital applications and projects.
We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The post holder will be required to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of the systems already in use at the Trust such as Cerner (iCLIP Pro) is essential.
As an organisation, we are on the brink of a major transformation with the rollout of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This is your chance to be part of the digital change, ensuring the safe and effective use of applications.
Main duties of the job
Member of the Digital Clinical Programme Team.
Provide a support desk function for users of Trust iCLIP Pro system including logging calls with third party suppliers
Provide advice on use of iCLIP Pro with specific focus on template
Support the starters and leavers process for access to Trust applications including deactivating users in iCLIP Pro
Provide specific focus on template new and changes to scheduling for both outpatients and theatres
Assists in the investigation of application and interfacing problems and provides appropriate solutions
Provide support as needed for data quality tasks
Maintain and update Data Collection Workbooks relating to relevant builds
