Project Manager / Insurance / Brokering / Implementation / TOM 6 Month contract - up to £750 - outside IR35 KEY SKILLS: Strong PM experience within the insurance (Retail broker exp preferred) Demonstrated delivering Target Operating Models (TOMs) Strong understanding of operating models and business transformation Exposure to Broker systems THE ROLE: The Senior Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of a new target operating model for the clients retail broker business. You will focus on developing the project plan outlining goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to successfully deliver the new operating model which includes the consolidation of multiple entities on to a single platform. You will ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget while supporting the business through the transition by designing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the whole business buy-in. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background working as a Project Manager within the insurance sector with experience with small medium sized brokers, preferably with some retail sector exposure. You will have extensive experience delivering target operating models, strong understanding of operating models and business transformation, have some exposure to Broker systems, work well with senior stakeholders and 3rd Party vendors / suppliers.
