Job Description:
As a Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will hold a critical role providing strategic leadership to enhance and mature the learning offerings, building the regulatory and technical capabilities required in HSE during a significant transition period.
This role is within the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and is part of the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. You will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy, taking direction from the Head of Organisational Development.
You will provide strategic direction to an established learning team, lead the end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Development plan, and ensure that deliverables meet learner and organisational needs. Additionally, you will manage a complex training delivery plan.
You will drive innovative solutions to build a high-quality L&D offer to support the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE Divisions, with a primary focus on the Building Safety Division.
Leading a team of learning and regulatory specialists, you will work collaboratively, with energy and pace, to develop and lead the provision, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's strategic goals.
