This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of early childhood development and a genuine commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can flourish. You’ll support the individual needs of children, adapting activities to ensure equal participation, and bring creativity, warmth, and fun to each day. Key Responsibilities: * Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. * Provide individualised support to children with SEND and additional needs. * Create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning experiences. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. * Uphold safeguarding and preschool policies at all times.
