Responsibilities
* Providing personalised care that supports the safety, well‑being, and growth of children and young people.
* Ensuring a safe environment by following health and safety guidelines.
* Building strong, supportive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
* Keeping clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
* Staying up to date with individual care plans and risk assessments.
* Putting the needs of each child first, adapting your approach to support their emotional and health needs.
Qualifications
* Fully compliant with Social Care Wales.
* Previous experience within care or children’s services or transferable skill role is desirable.
* Full UK driving licence.
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care/Children and young people desirable.
* Children safeguarding training is essential.

* A minimum pay rate of at £13.86 per hour (Includes Holiday Pay).
