About the Role
Join ONSIDE as a Social Prescribing Link Worker & Wellbeing Coach and work within an organisation to support local people in Worcestershire. The role is split into two 18.5‑hour per week positions: a Social Prescribing Link Worker and a Wellbeing Coach.
Responsibilities
* Work with individuals to identify what matters most to them and connect them with non‑medical supports.
* Support clients with low‑level mental ill health using evidence‑based tools, through one‑to‑one coaching sessions or group interventions.
* Plan and deliver care plans addressing social, economic and environmental factors.
* Manage a varied workload, remain adaptable to change and work independently.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
Qualifications
* Empathy and a person‑centred approach.
* Experience supporting individuals with low‑level mental ill health.
* Knowledge of evidence‑based coping tools.
* Strong judgement, reliability, and a warm, friendly personality.
