We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us continue growing our award-winning collection of inns, pubs, and hotels.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to inbound enquiries with professionalism and pace.
Managing the contracting process with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers.
Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of leisure and corporate clients.
Supporting the sales pipeline with lead qualification and proposal preparation.
Coordinating site visits and client meetings across our diverse estate.
Keeping everything on track with weekly reports.
What You'll Bring:
1–2 years of experience in hotel/reservations sales, business development, or similar.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Great attention to detail — especially with contracts and client data.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel occasionally.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great client experiences.
