Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Project Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Somerset.
What the job will be doing
* Managing the full lifecycle of residential property projects, including major works, planned improvements, and health & safety compliance upgrades.
* Developing project briefs, procurement documents, and specifications in collaboration with asset management and housing teams.
* Appointing and overseeing external consultants and contractors to deliver works in line with agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
* Ensuring strong resident engagement throughout project delivery, with a focus on minimal disruption and clear communication.
* Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with building regulations, CDM 2015, fire safety legislation, and internal policies.
* Managing project risk, financial reporting, and governance, ensuring all works are aligned with the organisation’s strategic asset management plan.
What you will need
* Demonstrable experience managing property projects within a housing association, social landlord, or affordable housing context.
