Job Summary:Collaborate with Kalsec Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure superior customer service and aim for first contact resolution. The Customer Experience team builds loyalty by treating every interaction as a chance to meet and exceed expectations. Customer Experience Specialists proactively address customer needs through research and problem solving, maintain a positive team attitude, and commit to continuous learning.
* Provides dedicated service regarding orders, sample requests, documentation requests, returns, credits, complaints, and invoices.
* Support customer order fulfillment by working closely with a cross functional team including Sales Support, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Planning to ensure that all transactions and processes meet external compliance and regulatory requirements.
Education/Experience:
Required:
* 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural work environment.
* ERP and CRM experience
* Detail and solution-oriented approach.
* Tactful and skilled in conflict resolution
* Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.
* Minimum 2 A levels – preferably in business or related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years leadership/supervisory experience
* Ability to speak another European language – preferable French or German.
Physical Requirements:
* Sitting for long periods of time at a computer
* Infrequent light lifting up to 20kg
* Ascending and Descending Stairs
* Possible exposure to dust and spice particles
