Vacancy - Multi Skilled Engineer

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias, ideally with experience in high-volume manufacturing or sawmilling environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly engineering team, supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of 11 operational lines across our three Melton sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform reactive maintenance and contribute to proactive problem-solving on machinery.
* Assist in managing spare parts inventory and stock levels.
* Collaborate with production management to identify efficiency improvements.
* Share technical knowledge and best practice with machine operators.
* Support installation of new equipment and systems.
* Carry out fabrication and repair work as required.
* Interpret and work from electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings and specifications.
About You
You are a highly driven and solution-focused individual with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience with:
* Electrical systems (essential).
* Pneumatic and hydraulic systems (preferred).
* Manufacturing or sawmilling equipment (preferred).
You take pride in your professionalism and communication skills, and you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You are able to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
