About Our Client
You'll be part of a team of Credit Controllers, responsible for managing key active accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Job Description
The Credit Control duties include:
3. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and credit compliance.
4. Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.
5. Maintain accurate records of all credit-related transactions.
6. Prepare and distribute regular credit control reports to the finance team.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to address billing discrepancies.
8. Assess and recommend credit limits based on financial assessments.
9. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
10. Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or recievables
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
14. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
15. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
16. Attention to detail and organisational skills.
