Overview
We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn or Flyde Coast areas.
You will be supporting clients with a variety of complex needs, including brain injuries, lack of capacity, challenging behaviour, and spinal injuries. This will involve social visits, shorter complex calls, and encouraging independence through meaningful activities.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
* You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
* You must have the Right to Work in the UK
Work Patterns
* Day shifts available
* Night shifts available
* Full and Part time roles
* Alternate Weekends OR Every Weekend is available
Training & Team
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
