Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities
Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and social development
Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes
Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionalsRequirements
