Role Responsibilities
* Originate and develop relationships with Italian institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations).
* Drive fundraising efforts across private market strategies, including private equity and private debt.
* Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
* Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in Italy and Europe.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm's presence in the Italian market.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in institutional sales focused on public and/or private markets.
* Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors.
* Strong network of Italian pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
* Deep understanding of private market strategies, fund structures, and investor expectations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Italian language fluency and cultural familiarity; must be London-based and eligible to work in the UK.
